Costs are provided before the contract is signed.  Any additional costs will need approval.

Outsourcing tasks can be quite daunting.  However, with me, weekly progress reports are standard and you can request one at any time. 

Contracts and other documents are always accessible in the shared cloud should you ever need to clarify anything.
